Are you thinking about starting a business on Etsy? Read this post first – learn what to sell on Etsy to make the most sales and build your business quickly.
I’ve been selling on Etsy for 10 years now and I’ve seen a lot of fads come and go. But, there has always been a few particular categories that have been popular since the beginning.
Throughout the list below, I’ll share those with you, but before we get to that…let me ask you a question.
What do you want to sell on Etsy?
Seriously. You have to enjoy making what you’re selling. If you don’t like the product or the process of what you’re selling, then you’ll hate having your own business.
And what would be the point of that?
The whole idea of starting a business on Etsy is to get out of the hated rat race of monotony, right? So, why create the same type of business of your own?
Instead, spend some time questioning yourself and what you want to get out of your Etsy business. Especially the 2 questions below…
What do you enjoy creating?
If you like to crochet or knit, consider selling headbands, hats, mittens, scarves, etc. Or if you’re really good at it, sell more intricate designs like sweaters, afghans and baby clothes.
Like to doodle? Consider opening a stationery business (like mine!) or use your designs to make fun t-shirts, coffee mugs or even home décor.
